How to remove unspecified surface in 3D Multiblock, structured mesh in pointwise software?

Currently, I am generating 3D multiblock, structured mesh in pointwise software. During boundary condition setting process, some surface left unspecified. During simulation these unspecified surfaces acting as interface and behaving like walls. Ideally they should act as interior domain. How to reactify this problem? The pic of the geometry attached for the reference.
