I have tried polymixin B beads from thermo (Detoxi-Gel™ Endotoxin Removing Gel). The purified protein were incubated with beads for 1 hrs in 4C, rotation.i have used protein to bead ratio of 2:1(for 1ml protein 2mg/ml : 500ul bead). it was unsucessful. Any suggestion for optimizing the codition.
