I have a quite bright autofluorescence in the mouse brain in vivo. I can remove it only reducing the Gain or Laser Power, but it is appeared to be not enough to image my fluorescent dye. Especially in wavelenth aroung 600nm. I know that there are many ways to reduce this lipofuscin autofluorescence in fixed tissues, but in vivo the only known for me is to take a mouse which is young. This does not work in my case.
