How to reconstitute the collagenase IV from Clostridium histolyticum ?

Hi everyone, I have a doubt about the buffer needed to resuspend Clostridium histolyticum collagenase IV (the one I'm using is C5138 from Sigma). Should I use DPBS with or without calcium and magnesium ions? I have found different protocols but it is not clear to me wheter they use a buffer with ions or not.
