How to query domain information for a set of proteins?
for example: The yeast protein SOS1 contains domain PF00125, PF00621, PF00618, PF 00617
the protein TRIO contains domain PF13716, PF00621, PF00018, PF07679, PF00069, PF00435
One way is to use the ProDom database for protein domains. There must be others like it.
Thank you. I know there is a Pfam database, but i donnot know how to query the domain information for a set of proteins, for example 2000 proteins?
I known the Pfam database provide the domain information, and we can search a protein's domain information by using the following website, but how to obtain the domain information for a large set...
