I want to purify the metacyclic form of leishmania donovani ; the infective form of leishmania to infect B10R cells (Machrophages), but the infection rate is very slow, I want to purify the leishmania metacyclic forms and then want to infect the B10 cells. But to infect B10 cells is not an easy to infect because their ability to produce IL-10 which downregulate immune responses and inflammatory disease is fully attributable to IL-10, and their absence or loss exacerbates disease symptoms in mouse models.
