In our studies, we have used BALB/c mice for antipsoriatic activity evaluation. In that, we unable to get the proper tissue sections for histophathological and immunofluorescence studies. Kindly suggest the protocols which are suitable to encounter our problems.

what step you have followed and where you are stuck? someone can come forward for your technical problem,
I followed the protocol like
PBS wash 1 h, PBS wash 1 h, 70%alcohol 2 h, 80% alcohol 2 h, 90% alcohol 2 h, 100% alcohol overnight, xylene and alcohol (1:1) 2 h, xylene 5 min, molten wax 1 h, molten 1 h and paraffin blocks were prepared. After sectioning I am getting wrinkles. Please suggest me proper protocol
Fixation in 10% formaline. And section size is 5 microns. Yes, I kept in oven 60 degrees for 1 hr and 37 degrees for overnight
