How to prepare silver ions (Ag+) for metal-protein docking studies?

In order to determine the binding site of silver ions (Ag+) in a protein structure, I am planning to perform docking studies (metal-protein docking). However, I am not able to prepare the ligand structure (silver ion). Can anyone provide any protocols or suggestions? Are there any other methods to determine the metal binding sites in a protein molecule?

I am working with both silver ions (bulk) and silver nanoparticles. Presently, I am applying the molecular dynamics simulations based approach.
