How to prepare data set for EPA PMF 5.0?

I just try with EPA PMF 5.0 to determine the source of PAHs in sediment. My data is only onetime sampling and not as monitoring data. Therefore, when I make a dataset, I can not input the date on the first column of the data set. Do you have any suggestions on how to deal with it because the software still does not recognize my data set?
