So I calculate the gm of NaCl to produce 2.5 M in 20 ml and also the gm needed of sodium citrate to produce 2.5 M in 20 ml?

let's say 20 gm of NaCl required to be dissolved in 20 ml H2O to produce 2.5 Mand assume 10 gm of Na citrate is required to produce 2.5 M, so I will dissolve 20 gm NaCl & 10 gm of Na citrate in 20 ml H2O?

Or I prepare 10 ml of each solution and mix them to get 20 ml of solution containingthe 2 solutes?
