I have created FeCAP and FEFET structures, how to extract P-V plot from SDevice?
Can you please let me know if there is any related reference code?

if you added the polarization in physics section you need to add these parameters in plot and current plot section
1).Add these two parameters in the plot section
Plot
{
Polarization/Vector
ElectricField/Vector
}
2).and for current plot, add these two
CurrentPlot {
Polarization/Vector(Average(Material="InsulatorX"))
ElectricField/Vector(Average(Material="InsulatorX"))
ElectrostaticPotential(Average(Material="InsulatorX"))
}
