I was recently building a Prusa 3D printer using Arduino Mega2560 and Ramps shield 1.4

with printing size of 240mmx240mmx500mm and using 20mmx40mm V-slot aluminum profiles with set dimensions. But there is a problem for placing the sensor which there is 120mm height difference between axis x base and axis y endstop. and also because of the structure of sensor it should be placed on its thin area. It should be placed between 8mm shaft and 8 mm leadscrew(which is connected to Nema17 stepper motor). It also can not be connected to the shaft because of conductivity between them causes system shutdown. I also used long screws by connecting them on axis x base to tap the sensor properly but it does not work properly and causes severe damage on E3DV6 Hotend.

(Note: there is a difference in position of shaft and lead screw but they are totally parallel with 250 mm difference with each other and the sensor should be placed between them somehow

Thanks!
