If you are not getting the above method completely, follow this -

Take Sio2 particles in a centrifuge tube, fill it with alcohol, mix properly and centrifuge at 7000 rpm for 10 minutes. Now Collect the pellet and remove the supernatent. follow this process several times with alcohol and then with water
