My group would like to perform sequencing through Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) in SARS-COV-2 isolates. However, although many groups have used this technique recently in their research, the methodology described in the publications is very poor and I was unable to contact any author to access the protocol.
Could someone guide me where to get the information needed to perform the technique or how to get the protocol?

Some papers do not completely mention how to perform NGS because the full methodology is too large to write in an article and the techniques are standardized. So, they abridge many steps.Here you can see some protocols that may be helpful.
