I would like to set up DNA immunization in a mouse model, using the electroporation immunization (BTX Agile Pulse device).
To start, I wanted to set up the parameters of electroporation. For this, I check litterature and youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89LCc_eki10). But there is no "common setting". Do you have a setting that is working intradermally for mouse?
Moreover, my plasmid is encoding GFP and I wanted to check the efficiency of electroporation in vivo, imaging mice at 2h, 6h, 24h, 48h and 72h post electroporation.
Do you have experience using GFP constructs in vivo? I know that the luciferase system is more frequent, but the plasmid is constructed with GFP...
