I need to know how to plot the impact of pressure (0 - 100 kPa) (which is applied on the back side of diaphragm) on the frequency shift caused in the cc beam supported on the diaphragm with supports. The clamped clamped beam is electrostatically actuated with an electrode embedded in the diaphragm.
The version used for COMSOL is 5.5.
Which type of analysis are you doing? Modal or frequency sweep. You can plot whatever you want as a function of an input parameter, in your case pressure.

Dear Sir, its still big (1.5 GB). I have deleted the mesh, other studies like eigen frequency analysis, stationary, eigen frequency prestressed (it had them also) and the solutions. Kindly help me to sort this out so that I am able to share it with you.
I would prefer you make a mock-up file that does not have all of the detail, but still the functionality you desire. 1.5 GB is a little to much for me, as I would need to run the simulation.

No, this takes way too long to solve. Make a more detailed description (word doc) about what you are trying to do (you have several studies going on), and a simplified file.

Thank you for your effort and time. Actually I want to know the change in frequency in cc beam resonator with application of a pressure range (let 0 to 100 kPa) below the diaphragm. The graph should be actually like increasing frequency (let it be the fundamental frequency) with increasing pressure and I am unable to retrieve that. On x axis it should be pressure and on y axis it should be frequency. I shall be very thankful to you sir to help me sort this out.

Anshu Sharma If the input pressure were to change the frequency, that would be a non-linear effect. You are doing linear analyses, and hence the pressure value just scales all other values.

Well, if you expect the frequency to change, I would imagine you have some hypothesis as to why that is. Is it non-linear geometry? Non-linear material? Intuition? What is the underlying physical effect that you are investigating?
Dear Sir René Christensen, resulting deformations will account for geometrical non linearity. Basically, I need to investigate the change in frequency of clamped clamped beam upon application of pressure on the backside of diaphragm of pressure sensor due to developed strain in the beam edges.
You can not include non-linear geometry with the study setup you have, since you have not chosen non-linear geometry anywhere.
