I am using C3D4 elements for my crystal plasticity analysis using Abaqus.
I would like to obtain values of the mesh quality measures ( distortion, jacobian, terta collapse, aspect ratio etc.) at each element for my 3D finite element model.
1) Can I do it using Abaqus or any software or code ?
I understand that there is a " verify mesh" option in Abaqus that gives global statistics like number of warning elements and error elements. But I couldn't find a way to obtain the values at each element.
2) In my model, there are no error elements but there are warning elements ( obtained by default criteria) - Can I consider the field outputs at the warning elements or should I complete discard them in my further analysis.

Use the Verify tool in the Mesh menu in Abaqus/CAE. But you're not going to find all the measurements you're looking for. The Ansys mesh quality checker is better suited, if you have access to it.
As for the warning about distorted elements. If they are in regions where there are not big gradients in the solution and where you do not need to extract specific measurements (stress/strain along a specific path, force/displacement at a point, Stress Intensity Factor or Energy Release Rate at a crack tip, ...), you can in general ignore them. Otherwise, it's better to re-design or refine the mesh.

I have 5.5 Million elements in my model, going over each and every element manually may not be possible.
