I am carrying out a coupled thermal-mechanical simulation in Abaqus, using my own UMAT.

At the first step, I am just running the thermal case with kinematic constraints.After this step, I obtain the displacements , say U_Thermal( due to thermal expansion)

At the second step , I would like to impose a displacement of some U + U_Thermal ( obtained in step -1)

How do I do this ?
