Hello All,
I'm simulating a water slug moving in a serpentine micro-channel with oil as a continuous phase Using COMSOL Multiphysics. I'm using level set to track the interface between the water slug and the oil continues phase and the transport of diluted species to study the mixing in the slug as it moves through the channel. These two models are coupled with the laminar flow model.
When I got the results I found that the slug is moving in the fraction of volume profile but it is fixed when I view the concentration profile. I have tried multiple ways but nothing worked out so far. If anyone has any idea to figure it out or faced the same problem please help by replying to this post.

Make sure that the coordinate systems in all modules are identical. Also make sure that the correct velocity is coupled with the diluted species module.

How to ensure it is coupled? because I already choose the laminar flow (spf) to be the velocity field for the transport of diluted species model.
I've not used COMSOL for a while. Unfortunately, I do not access to COMSOL now and can't take a look on your file. But shortly, make sure that, in the Transport of Diluted Species, you have selected the velocity field from the laminar flow in the 'Convection and Diffusion' node. (I have no idea if this is still the same in COMSOL's new update though, but shouldn't be difficult to navigate)
Basically, your problem is happening because for some reasons, the two modules are being solve 'separately'.
