How to model Tuned mass damper (Tmd) and Tuned liquid damper (Tld) in Etabs or Sap2000 ...?

I am trying to use Tld as overhead water tank. There are previous studies in this particular area of interest but no one has used numerical modeling, most of the research is experiment oriented.
