How to model and simulate the prestressed strands in concrete in ABAQUS?

Hello Everyone, 1. I am trying to model a beam pre-stressed with CFRP strands in ABAQUS. I want to prestress the CFRP strands. how can it be possible?

I want to visualize the effect of the release/detention of these pre-stressing strands on the cross-section of beams such as cracking pattern, strain, and stress in concrete.
