I am trying to model a fluid-structure interaction (FSI) Hyperelastic beam in COMSOL Multiphysics. The model works fine for low inlet flow velocity like 0.016 [m/s], but it gives the error below for higher inlet flow velocities like 0.16 [m/s]
Error:
Undefined value found in the equation residual vector.
There are 78 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.spatial.u.

Ogden is selected for the material model in the Hyperelastic material.
The COMSOL model is attached below.
With higher inlet velocity, your model may experience from "mesh inflection". The material may be not suitable for such a velocity. Hence, you can try another material.
Dear Shayan, I think your material properties can not endure this momentum(0.16 m/s). As dear Ismael said, that's better to change your material with high elasticity (E).

As I can not change the material, Is there a way to get results for lower fluid inlet velocity like 0.105 [m/s] with the same material (PDMS)?
