In general, the measurement of the size of the nanoparticle. Can be classified as flowing :
1- SEM or TEM: can calculate by using a Scanning electron microscope image (SEM) or Transmission electron microscopy (TEM). For more detail check video below

2-XRD: X-ray Powder Diffraction can be used for the determent size of the nanoparticle from the position and width of the pick. Scherrer equation can be an application for calculating size of the crystal. For more detail watch youtube below and the excel sheet :

You can use several methods to measure size such as Dynamic light scattering or Electron Microscopy techniques such as Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) or Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). If you have access to Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) that will also work.
Contrary to the previous answer(s) the best and fastest method is SEM microscopy using a backscattered detector for Z contrast. An automatic stage comes also handy since it automates the process that necessarily requires scanning the area where the particles are deposited (usually on a disk of a low Z element such as C). This combination also avoids the necessity of covering the sample since the combination above is conductive.
TEM requires painstaking preparation.
Atomic Force Microscope is like watching grass grow.
