The development of clean industrial processes is more important because it will result in gradual natural decrease in the environmental pollution. Otherwise, the pollution will continuously increase becuase the human activities increase inspite of our increasing treatment processes
Although both are important, and go hand in hand with each other, developing clean industrial processes can offer a long lasting solution. Therefore, it is the most important.
