How to measure current and voltage system of Microbial Fuel Cell Using Ardunio Based?

I am doing research system of Microbial Fuel Cell Dual Chamber. I got voltage using arduino around 600 mV. But the current, I can't because I don't have sensor read with micro Ampere. I also compare with multimeter but has different result around 60 mV. Could help about this my research?
