Dear Madam/Sir
We have a Pg AA with a graphite furnace.
I can't see any signal or peak from Cadmium (Cd) standards while measuring with graphite furnace but with flame, the R square is almost 1.
It needs to be mentioned that lead (Pb) has the same behavior as Cd in working with GF and flame.
But I can measure Molybdenum (Mo) and Beryllium (Be) with a graphite furnace with an acceptable R square although the RSD is high.
It should be also mentioned that the temperature rises more than what we set in the heating program (in atomization and cleaning steps about 100-300 celsius).
Please help me to find the reason that I can't measure Cd and Pb with a Pg graphite furnace.
