Indeed, I want to make a very thin film (50 microns) of PU on the steel surface as a coat. for the reaction, much amount of CHCl3 is needed to dissolve one of the reagents to participate in the reaction but the problem is that solution is diluted and not enough good to apply a film by the applicator. So, the question is how I can get rid of CHCL3 to have a concentrated resin to apply.

some point should be considered here:

1- the first step of the reaction(containing the first isocyanate takes long 16 hrs and the solvent is to exist during the reaction.

2- after adding second isocyanate it goes to be gelled, also I have not time after adding the second Isocyanate and it must be applied, otherwise making a gel: that is why I cannot wait for chloroform evaporate
