I isolated exosomes from urine (using Ultra Centr.) and want to compare different protein levels in western from the different urine types. How can I affectivly measure the amount of protein I'm suppose to load into the western so they are all equal?
I was told I cant use bradford?

In our lab we are using microBCA protein kit and it works well for our quantifications of protein from urine EVs (https://www.thermofisher.com/order/catalog/product/23235?SID=srch-srp-23235).

I think that BCA method is less sensitive to detergents than Bradford.
For your WB analysis you will need to use lysis reagents without reducing agents, which I think it will be better to use BCA method.
Also, you can check your references regarding the WB assay to understand if they are old or recent articles. I'm not sure but I think that the recent articles use BCA the most.
