When you say you want a uniform mesh, what do you actually mean? Do you need all of those elements in the red area to be identical? Have you tried introducing a sizing constraint along that edge? (Right click on the mesh, insert, sizing, select the edge of the curved spline, select type "number of divisions". This should make it a lot more uniform than it currently is.

Yes i tried sizing constraints then only i got this result.

and yes i need all those elements in the red area to be identical somewhat as you can see the element size is not even.

I got the solution for the above i managed to do it with the face split option in ansys but it is more tedious job to do.

instead of that we can use inflation option along with the maximum thickness option.
