The technical synthesis to produce SiCl4 is the carbothermal reduction of SiO2 at high temperature (500 - 1200 °C) according to

SiO2 + 2 C + 2 Cl2 -> SiCl4 + 2 CO

However, I need information about the specification of the reactor which is used for this process in the industry. I'd like to know how exactly it works. Do you know anyone in your connections who has industrial experience with the production of SiCl4 that you can introduce to me? I would really appreciate it;
