I would like to make different concenterations of my plant extract in different solvents such as 5ug, 25 ug,50 ug, 100 ug, 150ug etc per 1 ml for different assays.

You can use the scheme for preparing dilutions of water-insoluble antimicrobial agents to be used in broth dilution susceptibility tests, as tabulated in CLSI guideline.
Stock can be prepared as 5mg/mL, from that 1μl is 5μg; 5μl is 25μg;20μl is 100μg; 30μl is 150μg and then it can be made to 1000μl
