Hi,

I have a phase shifter design that produces phase shift with applied voltage, which follows a function that could be very closely approximated by a second order polynomial. However, the approximation to a linear function yield R_square of 0.991. I would like to know details about how this phase shift Vs Voltage linear relationship could be achieved? What could be the procedure? Any laboratory references are appreciated.

Simplistically, is there a device that can be pre-programmable to produce voltages electronically as per the second order polynomial before applying it to the phase shifter?
