Hi!

I am unable to do the following two things on Chimera.

1) I need to join two RNA molecules (separate pdbs) through a bond. That is, the end of one molecule and the beginning of the other should be a continuation.

2) I have created double-stranded RNA in which I want to delete one base on one strand while keeping the cognate base on the other strand intact and looping out. Do you have any idea how I could do this on Chimera or coot?
