You haven't even mentioned what is your sample type and have you ever searched the protocol in research articles which are similar to your project. There are hundreds of protocol and DNA isolation kits available which could provide good quality of DNA.
To get more help, please elaborate and provide more information about your project.
To know which method suits you best you have to take into consideration the type of sample and which kind of sequencing are you doing after in terms of depth and coverage: it is not the same 16S amplicon sequencing or shot gun genome sequencing. So you have to take this into consideration and then look also for similar studies have been performed with same kind of samples and you'll have a better idea.
