I`ve done an ELISA experiment (competitive enzime) and I want to know how to verify if everything is ok.
For example, how to verify if positive control was adequate (1,785)
Also, If the readings of my samples are acceptable (they range from 2,027 - 2,682 and my curve range from 0,037 to 2, 688)
1-by reading tubes in centerifuge.
2-by noticing colore change.
3-by carve.

maybe you could provide some more details on your testing.
Did you developed the ELISA by yourself or was it a commercial test?
Which controls did you use?
if it is a comercial kit, it should be written somewhere in the Insturction for use.
With our kits, we always give some values for the controls; e.g. positive control: OD > 1
So you can tell from the OD values of the controls if everything worked well.
Also, it is a good hint if the OD values of your measured samples are within the range of the standard curve.
