How to image cells on inserts with Cytation 5?

Hello, I am experimenting to grow cells onto permeable membrane support (inserts) in a 12-well plate. The cells are stained with DAPI. Just wondering how to image the cells attached to the inserts using Cytation 5.

Could anyone has experience on this provide some valuable advice?
