For CFD analysis of turbines, speed will be the input parameter for simulation for a given fluid velocity.
we would like to estimate the speed of the turbine in Ansys Fluent for different flow velocities. How to simulate this condition ?. Every time speed is measured for different fluid velocities during experimentation. kindly suggest.

You should look into Blade Element Momentum (BEM) theory to get an estimate of the optimum rotational speed and use it as reference.
You can simulate different conditions in a steady state solution by means of frozen rotor condition.
Also you can do a transient simulation and let the turbine accelerate, however you will need to add the generator torque to reach the equilibrium state.
From your experiment you may get speed and torque. In simulation you assign the speed and check whether you are getting the same torque.

Yes, you are correct. we are giving the speed and simulating the torque. Torque is calculated in z axis ( axis of rotation) of the shaft. But the values are not matching with the experiment.
we are calculating the torque in function generator in z -axis (the axis of rotation of shaft). whether we have to consider degrees of freedom of the shaft or simply calculate the torque in z axis.
