1. whether Journals which are listed in journal citation reports (ISI- Thomson Reuters ,ISI web of knowledge) with Science cited index (SCI), Science cited index expanded for science and engineering area, are considered as referred or peer reviewed journals.
2. Journals which are not indexed by SCI or not in SCI expanded indexing but listed in SJR (SCI mago) and SNIP journal metric are considered as peer reviewed or referred journal--- available in scopus data base.
3. How are the following indexing are rated in scientific community.
A. Indian citation indexing, B. Cite SeerX , C.Directory of Open Access Journals, D. Index copernicus international , E. google scholar and for other indexing types refer the below link

with so many indexing how can one give ranking for the journal w.r.t. indexing.
Intention of this question is not to publish in predatory journals. whether SCI, SCI expanded, Scopus indexed journals are peer reviewed or referred journals for science and engineering area.
web of science has introduced "Emerging sources citation index journals" with addition to SCI, SCI expanded, SSCI, AHCI etc.
