Dear All,

I’m new to Peaks for Label free proteomics.

I created a “contaminant database” including keratins and immuniglobulinga (that are undesired in my analysis) with .FASTA extension, but when I go to the results, I still see the proteins I entered as ’contaminants’ together with my SwissProt Human DB.

How can I solve this?

And, if there is no option, how can I hide my contaminants from the “heat map” on the report final section?

Thank you all,
