How to give a REVERSE CYCLIC LOADING using amplitude in ABAQUS FEA software?

i am doing project in RC shear under reverse cyclic loading. I gave a concentrated loading with amplitude. I created amplitude in table format. with constant of 0.5Hz frequecy i calculated time and gave the amplitude as 0, +1, 0 , -1, 0, 2, 0 ,-2 like wise i increased the amplitute by 25mm. but i cant get the revrse cuclic effect. please suggest me how can i apply the reverse cyclic loading.
