I am doing my project work on RC shear wall analysis using ABAQUS software. I am new to this software. The RC shear wall is of I section which having the top beam dimension is of 100X100x900 mm and wall portion size is 600x1100 mm with 60 mm thickness. The bottom beam dimension is of 200x200x1000 mm. I am going to give two loading simultaneously. One load is vertical load of 30kn which is acting in the centre of the top beam. And another load is of reverse cyclic horizontal displacement based control load acting in the top beam horizontally. I did the model but i don’t know what type of analysis and load should i considers. My displacement ranges between (0 to 25 mm) in both positive and negative direction with 0.5Hz frequency.
Please kindly give your valuable suggestion to me.
