My respondents are 92 and I have 180 questions. I am using SPSS, and the software says "scale or part of scale has zero variance and will be bypassed". Can anyone help me?

One likely way to get that error message is if everyone gave the same answer on one of your variables. So, you need to examine the distribution of each of the variables you are using in your scale.
