This is a very broad question. Not knowing what is your level in biology, your interest etc makes it hard to give a precise answer. From an borader audience perspective, you can look at the resources from the EBRS (European Biological Rhythms society) and SRBR (Society for Research on Biological Rhythms):
That will already give you the basics and redirect you to a bunch of resources.
There are other societies too, including but not exhaustively: the Chinese Society for Biological Rhythms, or the Japanese Society for Chronobiology. More info there: https://srbr.org/about-us/other-societies/
From an academic perspective, and in a video format, you have for example the talks from Pr Takahashi on ibiology: https://www.ibiology.org/speakers/joe-takahashi/
And a good academic book would be "Biological timekeeping: Clocks, rhythms and behaviour" (2017, ed Vinod Kumar).
With all of this, you already have plenty to explore :)
Roberto Refinetti, Ph.D. , Best book to start with, explained beautifully in layman language and real life examples. Interesting to read complex biological systems with such ease.
