Hi all, I am writing manuscript for cloning research, I want to ask if there's any software that allow us to generate nucleotide and amino acid sequence in one same figure, I have been doing using Microsoft word, but I could not get a very clear image when i save it down.
Please give me some suggestion if you have any.

i do not understand exactly the layout that you require but if you just need to generate a simple translation where you have represented both DNA and AA sequence of your protein you can use the Expasy- Transalte Tool

setting the Outputformat: Includes nucleotide sequence, no space.

Most DNA sequence alignment tools include a "translation" feature (Geneious, benching, etc.).
Or you can use BLAST
