How to gather news from a newspaper in terms of page selection?

I am trying to investigate how newspapers framed a significant event of the flooding. But I am not clear whether I should select the front-page reports or I should choose the news irrespective of their location? Front page or all the pages?

If you are only interested in their framing of the events in the days immediately after, front-page reports are probably sufficient. But if you also want to track how the story is covered in the weeks or months that follow, then you should probably include all pages.
