I know specific heat and density. However, thermal diffusivity is unknown. Is there any particular equation which I can apply to calculate? I checked one based on calculation of molecular thermal conductivity by multiplication of mass fractions and atomic thermal conductivities of each element involved in the mixture. But, I am not sure for Oxygen to apply its gaseous thermal conductivity to calculate its part within a solid mixture.

If you do not access to the instrument for measuring thermal conductivity,
instead of using thermal conductivity of atoms, it is better to use thermal conductivity of main components containing A2O3, CaO, BaO, B2O3, SiO2.
Thermal conductivity of A2O3 is: 28 - 35 W/m-K @ 20 C
Thermal conductivity of CaO is: 0.3 × 10-5 - 2.5 × 10-5 cal /s cm k
Thermal conductivity of BaO is: 8 × 10-5-11.5 × 10-5 cal /s cm k
Thermal conductivity of B2O3 is: 1.38×10−3 W/m-K
Thermal conductivity of SiO2 is 1.3 W/m.K
Mina Karimi-Avargani , thanks for more simplification. However, I did not choose this approach since it gives me value at standard temperature and I need the thermal conductivity in the temperature range of 1000 - 1200 K. Therefore, atomic thermal conductivity would vary and that would impact the same of compounds such as BaO, Al2O3, ....I doubt that this would give me incorrect value at the end.

Have you looked at the 14 volume set entitiled "Thermophysical Properties of Matter" edited by Y. S. Touloukian? Vols. 2, 5, and 10 give curves of thermal conductivity (nonmetallic solids), specific heat (nonmetallic solids), and thermal diffusivity (metallic and nonmetallic solids) as a function of temperature over very wide temperature ranges (hundreds to thousands of degrees Centigrade), respectively. Vol. 14 is a Master index for the materials parameters found in Vols. 1-13; you can find metal oxides, glasses, etc. listed in this index together with which volumes, 1-13, will have relevant data. All of these volumes can be downloaded from the Internet from the DTIC (Defense Technical Information Center) web site. I have taken the liberty of attaching Vols. 2, 5, 10, and 14. I hope this helps

Thomas Cuff , thanks, this could be one of the ways. However, I proceeded with the one referred by Mina Karimi-Avargani by finding the thermal conductivity of all oxide compounds within the 35BaO-15CaO-5Al2O3-10B2O3-35SiO2 within the temperature range I wanted (to be precise ~1000-1200 K) and at the end considered the sum of the multiplication of their mass fractions and thermal conductivities to determine the thermal conductivity of 35BaO-15CaO-5Al2O3-10B2O3-35SiO2.
Thus,
Mol% = 35BaO-15CaO-5Al2O3-10B2O3-35SiO2.
Mass% = 56.4BaO–8.8CaO–5.4Al2O3 –7.3B2O3–22.1SiO2
