I had a question on performing Random Vibration Analysis.
I have been given PSD input in G^2/hz vs. Hz which was recorded by accelerometer for a test that was run for 60 minutes. Now I want to run it for 180 minutes. how can I interpret given inputs. I will need to covert psd back to time and then reconvert back to PSD so that i have my input psd data for 180 minutes.

No. From a theoretical point of view, a PSD refers to signals of infinite time length. However, when it is estimated from a short time signal, as it is the case here, the PSD is affected by sampling variability, that is, it is only an estimate of the true PSD referred to endless signals. See for example Bendat & Piersol's book

Can you make your question more clear? "I have been given PSD input in G^2/hz vs. Hz which was recorded by accelerometer for a test that was run for 60 minutes." The better way is to check your original data acquisition machine and output the time domain data.
