Determining the harmonic contribution of the upstream and downstream network is possible if harmonic impedances are known in addition to voltage and current or if the voltage and current are available in two different states.

For harmonic you can use various methods which calculate harmonic impedance and therefore you can use harmonic contribution either in voltage and current.
For flicker contribution you need Pst and Plt measurements in first step. in second step you can use flicker transfer coefficient which is available via different methods.
