I would like to perform the docking studies for the specific diseases with my inhouse ligand libraries.
But my problem is in finding the best receptor molecule.
Please provide hints, support for finding the such receptors. Let me know the procedures to find such targets...
malaria the disease which is very complicated, do you know researchers are still struggling to get out with the correct biology of the parasite, than also it is a hard stuff to decide the correct protein to target but you can just go through the surffing with how the parasite get identify the correct RBC to get in contact and infect that RBC with.
This clue i think you can shot out your problem, other than this you know very well that you can prove this with only docking study which is a predictive study you have to confirm it if you need to give a good result and that would be quite impossible stuff.
