I am given a data of Different Isotope of 206Pb, 207Pb and 208Pb . How can I get data for overall Pb so that I can compare that with Water guideline because guidelines provides data for only the most abundant isotope in nature.
Proportion of each Pb isotope is known. Then, as Jorge said, you consider the sum of all isotopes quantities as the most abundant.
I think if you're talking about Pb in water to consume, to value the effects in human health you need consider all Pb isotope summed up.
About standard deviation, it'll depend what method of measure you are using to each isotope. You need use the equipment error and the properly propagation of uncertainty.
